Order cancellation

Changes to your order
If you want to make an order or change of address , please do so by contacting us through Turkflowers communication tools and get the confirmation of realization . We always do our best to make last minute changes for you, but can only guarantee requested changes (including shipping address and card message) at least 5 hours prior to placing your order. Please note that when orders are 'assigned to production and distributed', no changes can be accepted.
 
For the peak season (Valentine's Day and Mother's Day), we cannot guarantee that changes to orders are accepted within 72 hours of the agreed delivery date.
 
Canceling your order
Orders can normally be canceled up to 24 hours before the anticipated delivery date. You can cancel your order by calling the customer service of Turkflowers website. Please note that once orders are 'assigned to production', orders cannot be cancelled. Please note that once orders are 'assigned to production' no changes can be accepted.
 
 If the recipient's house is registered to someone else's name in your overseas orders, if there is a different name on the bell, if the buyer is a guest at this address, it must be specified. We are not responsible for non-delivery orders unless specified. A second delivery to the same address is made with a 50% discount. no refund is made. No shipping at additional charge.
 
Shipments are made by Cargo in Europe, America, Australia, Mexico sometimes or in regions where there are no local florists depending on the product. It is important that the delivery address is specified correctly. Cargo officers do not call the buyer by phone and verify the address. If the buyer is not at home, he has no neighbors to leave, if it is an apartment, a notification sheet will be placed on the door, the package information can be obtained by calling the phone number on the notification sheet, if the cargo provides a return service, it will bring it back to your address, if it does not, you need to pick it up from the address, if the house is a detached house, the flower is at the door or on the porch. It can be left under. Our Company is not responsible for non-delivery due to Address Lack problems. There is no reshipment and no refund.
 
In case the buyer leaves the given address half a day or the next day, we are not responsible for undeliverable orders in accordance with the International Cargo Delivery Rules and no refund will be made.
 
The Recipient number specified in the order form must be the Ship Country number. If a different country Number is given, Delivery cannot be made. No obligation to reach the Buyer from WhatsApp or similar applications can be expected. Fees cannot be refunded.
 
If the same product cannot be found in countries with time difference, a similar or higher value product is Sent without Information, No refund can be made for this. In the cancellation process made by us before the delivery, 20 TL expense and other commission is deducted.

Payment issues
Our website has a secure check (we use SSL Certificates and pass the FBI / SANS Internet Security Test), so we recommend placing your orders online. However, from time to time, bank-related payment errors occur that prevent us from accepting your order immediately.
 
Occasionally, card information entered correctly and backed by sufficient funds is not verified because the card issuer performs a random security check. In these cases, we will need to collect payment over the phone, although we must receive your order. In these cases, we will email or call you as soon as possible. If you receive a message that your payment has not been verified, please contact our customer service team immediately to ensure your order is delivered on time.
 
 
 
Due to time differences, out-of-hours payments, or problems not being able to reach you via the contact information you provided, we are sometimes unable to make a valid delivery before the requested delivery date. While this delay is regrettable, it is beyond our control and we cannot offer any form of refund in these circumstances.

adverse weather conditions
During adverse weather conditions (such as heavy snow, ice, flooding or high winds), our delivery teams may not be able to fulfill the delivery order on time. This is out of our control and we cannot accept responsibility for late delivery of the order. Therefore, in adverse weather conditions, we are unable to refund or re-deliver affected orders.
