By placing an order on this website or calling our customer service team, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:
 
ORDER ACCEPTANCE POLICY
 
All orders received are accepted by Turkflowers international floristry e-commerce and organization services Limited and we reserve the right to refuse any order without giving any reason. In the event of rejection, we will refund or cancel any payments received with the payment method used to place the order. All prices shown are subject to + VAT (currently 18%) on the current price.
 
CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER
 
If you want to change your order, please contact us through the communication channels of Turkflowers website. We always do our best to make last-minute changes for you, but can only guarantee requested changes (including shipping address and card message) at least 24 hours before shipping. Please note that once orders are 'assigned to production' no changes can be accepted. During peak season (Valentine's Day and Mother's Day), we cannot guarantee that changes to orders are accepted within 96 hours from the agreed delivery date.
 
CANCELING YOUR ORDER
 
Orders can normally be canceled up to 24 hours before the anticipated delivery date. You can cancel your order from the Communication channels of Turkflowers website. Please note that once orders are 'assigned to production', orders cannot be cancelled. During peak season (Valentine's Day and Mother's Day) we are unable to cancel orders within 24 hours of the anticipated delivery date.
 
PAYMENT ISSUES
 
Our website has a secure check (we use Thawte SSL Certificates and pass the FBI / SANS Internet Security Test), so we recommend ordering your orders online. However, from time to time, bank-related payment errors occur that prevent us from accepting your order immediately. We ask you to receive confirmation information after payment From time to time, the card information entered correctly and backed with enough funds is not verified and the order is not confirmed, as the card issuer performs a random security check. In these cases, we will email or call you as soon as possible. If you receive a message that your payment has not been verified, please contact our customer service team immediately to ensure your order is delivered on time. Sometimes delays can occur if you are unable to make a valid payment before the requested delivery date due to time differences, out-of-hours payments, or problems not being able to reach you via the contact information you have provided. While this delay is regrettable, it is beyond our control and we cannot offer any form of refund in these circumstances.
 
SCHEDULED DELIVERY
 
We offer scheduled delivery options. However, this may sometimes vary according to country delivery Rules. Please note that we are unable to deliver in timeframes other than standard delivery options. ADVERSE WEATHER CONDITIONS During adverse weather conditions (such as heavy snow, ice, floods or high winds), our delivery teams may not be able to fulfill the delivery order on time. This is beyond our control and we cannot accept responsibility for late delivery of order, including delays caused by weather-affected deliveries with our carrier. Therefore, we are unable to refund orders affected by adverse weather conditions. We deliver when favorable conditions occur.
