SAME DAY DELIVERY

The same day delivered orders are forwarded to a relay network that transfers to local florists
For areas where some rural areas or florist is not a florist, we may not be able to fulfill the order. In this case, we will offer a complete refund or next day delivery from our convenience of central production.
Domestic deliveries are available from Monday Sunday. Deliveries are normally made to the buyer's address by a flowerman between 8 in the morning with 8 in the morning. Large enterprises, hospitals, universities, etc. For deliveries, deliveries will normally be made to reception or to the room. In many cases, it is not possible to deliver to the buyer for such addresses. See below for more information.
If the recipient address provided is incorrect or incomplete, or delivery is refused, we reserve the right to charge up to 100% of the original order value for re-delivery to the same or alternative address. no refund is possible

FLOWER DELIVERY THE FOLLOWING DAY
Your flower orders are delivered by the nearest local florists to the delivery address. In areas where there are no local florists close to the posted address, Shipments are sent by couriers with additional charges, no additional charges up to 10 km. For products that are planned to be delivered by courier, mileage delivery fee is not charged.
Deliveries are normally made between 9am and 8pm. However, during peak periods, these delivery times may differ slightly and we reserve the right to deliver between 7:00 AM and 11:00 PM (Domestic).

OTHER IMPORTANT DELIVERY INFORMATION
Please be sure to provide a valid email address and/or phone number to enable us to contact you regarding a problem with your order.
Please make sure someone is available at the delivery address to pick up the delivery.

In rare cases, our drivers are unable to place the order. This could be a problem with the delivery vehicle. To ensure a successful delivery, please make sure the shipping address is correct and complete. If possible, please provide additional delivery instructions to help the delivery driver find the recipient's address.

DELIVERY FOR BUSINESSES, HOSPITALS, UNIVERSITIES
There are unfortunately no scheduled delivery options, especially during peak periods (Christmas, Valentine's Day, and Mother's Day) to ensure successful deliveries.
 
In some cases, we may not be able to deliver flowers directly to the recipient, for example when delivering to certain business addresses, hospitals or universities. Please note that these conditions are beyond our control. In this case, we will deliver it to the reception area or mailroom and (where possible) obtain a signature from the receptionist (or equivalent). This signature will be our delivery records.
 
To ensure the highest probability of delivery success, please include the recipient name, department name, floor number, etc. Be sure to include as much information as possible in the delivery instructions.
 
HOSPITAL-SPECIFIC DELIVERY PROBLEMS
Deliveries to hospitals are often problematic after patients change ward or are discharged. Also, many hospitals do not accept flower deliveries due to health and safety restrictions.
 
For this reason, we no longer recommend delivering flowers to a hospital patient. If an order is placed for delivery to a hospital and the delivery is not successful, we reserve the right to return or resend the order.
 
DELIVERY PROBLEMS WITH THE UNIVERSITY
Due to the size of university campuses, it can often be difficult to find buyers at universities. For this reason, we cannot deliver to the recipients themselves and we always deliver to the university rooms or reception. Please make sure you provide enough information so that the flowers/recipients can find the intended recipient of the flowers. We are not responsible for the flowers being delivered to the universities as we do not have control of the delivery once we reach the security/reception.
